The Memphis Marriott East is a 4 star hotel which contains 319 smoke free guestrooms. The hotel also
features the Blue Shoe Bar & Grill, an American bistro specializing in southern cuisine, and the Blue Shoe
Lounge. The Memphis Marriott East also contains function space for conferences, business meetings
and social events.
Memphis, Tennessee is widely recognized for being the birthplace of the Blues music as well as the home
of Elvis Presley who was indisputably ‘The King of Rock and Roll’.

Duties:

The participant will be positioned in Front Office rotational roles that may include Front Desk and Night Audit activities. Due to the size of the hotel, this will also require flexibility as the chances of performing multiple roles throughout the internship is possible.

Wage: $10 per hour

Housing is acquired independently by the participant with some assistance from the host company.
